Tried really hard to make it seem like he was going out of his way but could tell he didn't read or pay that much attention to emails I had sent. Asking many times to do the same thing I had already done. Then the final communication where he tried to end the exchange came across as awkward, confrontational, blaming, and just inappropriate. This is all too bad because the shoes are great but will never patronize again because of this gentlemen's total inability to communicate in a customer-forward manner.

One of the laces broke on the dial retention system. This kit provides enough to replace the lace or dial itself for a pair of shoes. While it can be finnicky to thread the new lace through the dials and shoe itself once it is installed it operates as designed.
