Northwave US warrants that products are free of any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase from an authorized Northwave seller. Northwave US can decide, at its own discretion, to repair or replace a faulty product. The warranty shall not cover any parts subject to normal wear and tear.

Northwave US does not warranty damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or damage caused during air travel. Any damage occurring during air travel should be claimed with your airline for reimbursement.
